Abstract:
A method for continuous format conversion of ATM cells with user information into message blocks of a radio interface of a digital radio network with mobile or stationary subscribers linked by radio. Within the message blocks, control blocks with a fixed amount of bits for addressing and control of user data blocks are provided, the message blocks are subdivided into a sufficiently fine sub-frame, and starting times of the user data blocks within a message block are specified in the control blocks. Alternatively, fixed starting times of the user data blocks are specified.
