The instant invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprised of a mixture of ezetimibe granules and simvastatin granules, wherein the ezetimibe granules and the simvastatin granules are each comprised of lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone, BHA, ascorbic acid, and citric acid.
