To promote lowering of temperature of exhaust and reduction in water content in the exhaust to improve the amenity of exhaust by mixing enough quantity of outside air with the exhaust in a washing tub during the drying operation.
This dishwasher/drier includes a drying means 9 having an exhaust port 7 for discharging moisture in the interior of the washing tub 1 and a blower 6; and a control means 16 for controlling the drying means 9, wherein the drying means 9 includes a mixing part 13 disposed on the upstream side of the exhaust port 7 for mixing the outside air with the air in the washing tub, and a gas quantity distributing means 12 for varying the mixing ratio of the outside air to the air in the washing tub. The flow ratio of the outside air flowing through the mixing part 13 to the air in the washing tub is freely set for distribution, whereby it is possible to attain compatibility between reliable prevention of hot air sense due to exhaust reduced in temperature and humidity and improvement in drying performance.
