Abstract:
A carton for containing bottles (B) arranged in rows having a keel structure disposed intermediate the rows of bottles. The keel structure is formed within a main panel of the carton and comprises a locking mechanism having two complementary parts (54, 56; 154, 156) such that engaging the complementary parts together forms the keel structure intermediate the rows of bottles, thereby restricting the inward movement of the bottles contained in each row.
