Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet method which has excellent line width uniformity, can form an image in which a difference in glossiness (gloss banding) is suppressed at a high speed, and can reduce the size of a device.SOLUTION: The inkjet device comprises: head groups 11 and 12 being scanned in a main scanning direction and having relative positions changing with respect to a recording medium; a first light source 21; and a second light source 22. The inkjet method includes: a first main scanning step of discharging a radiation-curable composition toward one side in the main scanning direction; a second main scanning step of discharging the radiation-curable composition toward the other side in the main scanning direction; and a sub-scanning step of conveying a recording medium in a sub-scanning direction intersecting with the main scanning direction. A difference between first time from timing when nozzles of a first head face a prescribed position of the recording medium to timing when the prescribed position face the second light source in the first main scanning step and second time from timing when the nozzles of the first head face the prescribed position of the recording medium to timing when the prescribed position face the first light source in the second main scanning step is equal to 100 ms or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
