Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of shoes while securing rigidity of an outsole part.SOLUTION: Shoes 200 for bicycle races are provided in which cleats 280 to be fastened in pedals of a bicycle can be attached and detached to the bottom side. The shoes 200 for the bicycle races each are characterized by integrally covering a foot heel, a foot side and a sole, and including: a first member 210 having a convex part 211 protruding to the bottom side; and a second member 220 for covering the sole attached to the first member so as to close an opening 212 positioned across the convex part 211 of the first member 210. The convex part 211 has a mounting surface 213 where the cleat 280 is mounted in a position adjustable manner. The first member 210 forms an undercut shape where left and right width become narrow as going upward from the foot heel. A third member 230 and the first member 210 have an overlapping portion in at least the foot side, and when in fastening, the third member is integrated by deformation and friction to form a stressed-skin structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
