Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist device used to raise a construction member using a crane, to facilitate the construction member to be raised, and specifically to facilitate the construction member to be collapsed, and a loading base.SOLUTION: An assist device to raise a construction member is provided with an immobility base, a swing portion, and swing means arranged between the base and the swing portion to allow the swing portion to swing around a horizontal rotation axis with respect to the base, wherein the swing portion comprises an end surface which can face to an end of the construction member, and a balance weight at a side opposite to the end surface in a peripheral direction of the rotation axis, and is configured to position the rotation axis below the end surface when the swing portion is in a free state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
