PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing load for information leakage monitoring.SOLUTION: A device for monitoring a packet transmitted from a packet transmission source located within a security boundary defined by a network address includes a processor, and a memory for storing a program executed by the processor. The processor identifies the position of the packet transmitted from the packet transmission source to the security boundary of the destination network address, based on the management information for managing the network address on the security boundary and the network address in the security boundary. The destination network address cancels the packet that is the address outside the security boundary, and the destination network address executes monitor processing for the packet that is the network address on the security boundary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
