PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide skin external preparation compositions for treating head dermatitis or improving head skin quality.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a skin external preparation composition for treating head dermatitis or improving head skin quality, the composition comprising C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) or B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP). The external preparation composition is applied to a hair loss site of the head. The composition is used in hair-growth and -restoration in a hair-loss site.
