Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem existing in a mainstream of a conventional personnel rating based on a top-down system in which a superior evaluates subordinates raising a problem such that it is difficult to obtain real evaluation.SOLUTION: A personnel rating program of the present invention has an advantage that personnel rating may be made from all directions, which means evaluation targets designated by an administrator may evaluate one another regardless of their positions, such as a subordinate evaluating a superior or evaluation on a person in another department, and the administrator can freely set evaluation items as well. This provides evaluation which has not been seen through the conventional evaluation, and brings the evaluation close to fair evaluation in a company, thus leading to a motivation in the company.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
