Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition excellent in developability and wrinkle resistance, a colored composition for a color filter and a color filter.SOLUTION: A photosensitive oligomer is provided, which is a reaction product of the following compound (C) and a compound (D) having an acid anhydride group. The compound (C) has a hydroxyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated bonding group and is an addition reaction product of a thiol group of a monothiol compound (A) having at least one hydroxyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated bonding group of a compound (B) having at least two ethylenically unsaturated bonding groups. The photosensitive oligomer has preferably an acid value of 1 to 300 mgKOH/g and a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 100000.SELECTED DRAWING: None
