PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device of new structure with which it is possible to detect the approach or contact of a worker, etc., to or with the movement unit of an automatic device by a simple structure with high accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is a sensor device 10 for detecting the approach or contact of a detection object to or with a movement unit 18 provided in an automatic device 12 and capable of moving, wherein the movement unit 18 is provided with a first sensor 36 and a second sensor 54 for detecting the approach or contact of the detection object, the detection principles of the first sensor 36 and second sensor 54 being mutually the same, the detection circuit 58a of the first sensor 36 and the detection circuit 58b of the second sensor 54 having the same structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
