Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power amplifier circuit capable of stably operating with high gain while suppressing increase of power consumption.SOLUTION: The electric power amplifier circuit includes: a first transistor with a source connected to a first power source, which is configured to receive an input signal at the gate; a capacitor having a first terminal and a second terminal, in which the first terminal is connected to a drain of the first transistor; and a transformer connected to the second terminal and the gate of the first transistor therebetween, which is configured to convert a first signal input via the second terminal to output a second signal having a phase different from the first signal to the gate of the first transistor.
