Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus that can apply a coat, continuously and stably, to a base material without enlarging the molding apparatus.SOLUTION: The molding apparatus for applying a coating material 3 to at least one of a front surface side and a rear surface side of a base material 2 and pressing the base material 2 from both sides thereof to obtain a molded object 4 comprises: a conveyor unit 10 having a pair of conveyor belts 11 arranged in a vertical direction, and a compression unit 20 disposed on the rear surface side of each of the conveyor belts 11, wherein the conveyor unit 20 includes a base material charging port 25 at an upper part of the conveyor unit and the conveyor belt 11 for conveying the base material 2 thrown from the base material charging port 25 between the conveying belts and conveying the base material from an upper side to a lower side while compressing by the compression unit 20, and the base material charge port 25 has a liquid reservoir space 26 for storing a coating material 3 between the base material 2 and a surface of the conveyor belt 11, which is formed when the base material 2 is charged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
