Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve train for an auxiliary chamber type internal combustion engine of which the structure is simplified and which is capable of individually setting opening/closing timing.SOLUTION: A valve train 10 comprises a camshaft 31 which drives opening/closing of an intake valve 17, an exhaust valve 18 and an auxiliary chamber valve 27. The camshaft 31 includes at least an auxiliary chamber cam 32 which drives the auxiliary chamber valve 27 and at least one of the intake valve 17 and the exhaust valve 18. The auxiliary chamber cam 32 drives the auxiliary chamber valve 27 in opening/closing timing which is different from that of the intake valve 17. Thus, the opening/closing timing of the auxiliary chamber valve 27 and the intake valve 17 can be individually set and further it is not necessary to provide a cam for each of the valves 17, 18 and 27, thereby simplifying a structure of the valve train 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
