Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blow air in a changed direction even in a case where operation is stopped and a place where a fan is to be used is changed.SOLUTION: A fan comprises a main body including: a stepping motor 3 which is a swinging device for operating swinging of an air blowing part 2; a swinging position detection device 4 which detects an air blowing direction of the air blowing part 2; and a temperature measurement part 12 which detects an indoor temperature. In accordance with an indoor temperature change, the air blowing direction of the air blowing part 2 is swung to a front direction of the main body during operation stop. In next operation start, the swinging operation is performed in the previous air blowing direction of the air blowing part 2. Thus, temporary operation stop of the main body 1 in response to the indoor temperature change can be prevented from being erroneously recognized as a failure of the main body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
