To control a spray diffusion range depending on each occupant's state in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device for being connected to a sprayer for spraying a storage material includes: an acquisition part that acquires biological information on an occupant when spray is started by a sprayer; an identification part that identifies a seating position of an occupant having the biological information acquired, when it is determined that the biological information satisfies predetermined conditions; and a control part that controls the spray provided by the sprayer, by a control pattern corresponding to the identified seating position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
