Abstract:
To provide a filling machine which can perform an aseptic filling of contents such as a food product in a pouch with a spout easily and is a compact size and is easy for maintenance even in the case of using a cap in a complicated structure having an alteration prevention function.SOLUTION: A filling machine is provided that performs an aseptic filling of contents in a pouch 10 with a spout and seals by a plug, and it comprises an aseptic chamber 30 capable of accommodating a part of a spout 12 of a pouch with a spout mounted with the plug, a sterilization part arranged in the aseptic chamber and capable of sterilizing a part of a surface of the spout and a surface of the plug, an unplugging part for removing the plug from the spout, a filling part for filling the sterilized contents in the pouch with the spout, a resealing part for mounting the sterilized plug to the spout, a carrier plate 34 for carrying the pouch with the spout in the aseptic chamber and a cap winding machine 41 arranged downward of the resealing part and for attaching the cap to the spout so that the plug is covered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
