Abstract:
To provide an image formation device which makes paper bumped to a resister roller bend properly not to depend on the length at communication delay time.SOLUTION: An image formation device includes an image formation unit, a resister roller, a carrier roller, a carrier control unit, a resister sensor, and a print control unit connected to the carrier control unit via a communication line. The print control unit recognizes arrival time of a tip portion of a sheet of paper to the resister sensor, performs a stop decision at the time that bend generation time has passed from the arrival time, and sends a stop instruction to the carrier control unit after the stop decision. The carrier control unit makes the carrier roller stop temporarily at the time of receiving the stop instruction, makes the carrier roller perform a bend securing carrier between the temporary stop and rotation start of the resister roller, the carrier roller is made to rotate during additional carrier time at a second carrier speed in the bend securing carrier. The second carrier speed is later than a first carrier speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
