Abstract:
To provide a power-storage material which has a large work function and enables the power storage with a larger capacity, and a power storage device.SOLUTION: A power-storage material comprises, on its surface, asperities consisting of an amorphous including AlOas a primary component and having a diameter of 0.1 to 50 nm, of which the difference in height is 0.1 to 50 nm. The amorphous preferably includes AlOin an oxygen defect state. It is preferred that the power-storage material is 1 TΩcm or more in electric resistivity, 10000 to 31000 F/cmin electric capacity, and 1000 m/g or more in specific surface area of the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
