Abstract:
To provide a matcha tea bowl in which matcha tea is made by a tea whisk having a function of easily making delicious matcha tea.SOLUTION: A matcha tea bowl 1 includes an elliptical inner bottom 3 dimensionally configured from an outer diameter 5a of a tea whisk 7 such that a front-rear whisking movement of the tea whisk 7 and a liquid stream 9 generated by the whisking are concentrated. In the tea bowl, the tea whisk 7 and the liquid stream 9 are rebound and accelerated at front-rear ends such that the matcha tea particles are dissipated and dissolved by the tea whisk 7 at a relative speed two times or more faster than that of the liquid stream 9. As a result, fine foam absorbs and separates bitterness and astringent tastes, minerals, and the like, thereby allowing anyone to easily make delicious matcha tea with soft texture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
