Abstract:
To secure heat resistance to heat damage and secure precise drive connection to a drive mechanism of a valve stem in an exhaust control valve.SOLUTION: A valve stem 14 is disposed in a casing 19 to penetrate through each flow passage 17, 18, and each valve element 12, 13 is provided in each of the flow passages 17, 18 integrally with the valve stem 14. A first bearing 22 is provided between the casing 19 and a first stem end portion 14a, and a second bearing 23 is provided between the casing 19 and a second stem end portion 14b. A first seal member 26 is provided on the first stem end portion 14a between the valve element 13 and the first bearing 22, and a second seal member 27 is provided on the second stem end portion 14b between the valve element 12 and the second bearing 23. A tip of the first stem end portion 14a is in drive connection with a deceleration mechanism 15. The first bearing 22 comprises a precisely supportable rolling bearing, and the second bearing 23 comprises a slide bearing enabling successful heat radiation to the casing 19. The first stem end portion 14a between the first bearing 22 and the valve element 13 includes a fitting structure 41 for limiting heat transfer and a third bearing 24 comprising a slide bearing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
