Abstract:
To provide a broiling device with a foldable heater and a broiling plate, the device that can set usage of the heater and the broiling plate according to user's need, and a large quantity of broiled food can be broiled in a short time rather than a case to use a single frying pan and grill.SOLUTION: A broiling part 100 plays a role of including a broiled target food in the upper part, and then supports the broiled target food so as to be broiled through a heat source applied from a heat generating part 200. The heat generating part 200 plays a role of applying infra-red ray heat to the broiled target food included in the broiling part 100, and broiling the broiled target food while being boiled. Here, the broiling part 100 is formed so that multiple broiling plates may be opened mutually and folded mutually while placing and cooking the dish material to be cooked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
