Abstract:
To facilitate the control of an injection rate of a cutoff agent, in a cutoff tool of a splicing part of a wire harness.SOLUTION: A cutoff tool consists of a body and a lid, and has such a constitution that inside of the body is divided by a partition wall into a cutoff room with small volume and a cutoff agent reservoir room with larger volume than the cutoff room, an inlet of a cutoff agent for injecting the cutoff agent into the cutoff room is arranged on the lid, an opening for inserting a core wire and flowing the cutoff agent is arranged in the partition wall, wire insertion ports are arranged on both side walls of the cutoff agent reservoir room and the cutoff room sandwiching the partition wall, an outer periphery of the core wire inserted into the opening is in contact with part of an inner periphery of the opening and is provided to form a space between the outer periphery of the core wire inserted into the opening and the inner periphery of the opening, at least part of the space and at least part of the cutoff agent reservoir room have the cutoff agent, and the cutoff room is filled with the cutoff agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
