Abstract:
To provide a power price prediction system for predicting a contract price in a floating market such as a one-day-before market or a same-day market.SOLUTION: A power price prediction system includes: a past record database recording environment record information, contract amount record information on a total of deals in a floating market and a forward market, and contract price record information in the floating market in association with each other for each delivery date and time and each bid area; a total contract forward amount acquisition part acquiring a total contract forward amount dealt in the forward market and delivered on the target delivery date and time and in the target bid area; a contract amount record acquisition part acquiring contract amount record information on the basis of comparison between environment forecast information and the environment record information stored in the past record database; a contract amount prediction calculation part calculating a predicted contract amount of a power amount dealt in the floating market by subtracting the total contract forward amount from the contract amount record information; and a predicted contract price calculation part acquiring the contract price record information from the past record database on the basis of the predicted contract amount and calculating a predicted contract price.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
