Abstract:
To solve the problem of concerns that a sleeper fixed to a bed plate may be displaced at a right angle when the bearing capacity from the outer side of a rail brace is weakened with respect to a rail, and that rail creepage may occur.SOLUTION: A washer part 2 and a rail brace 5 are separately formed. A locking part 21 that abuts on a rail bottom upper end face 11 and a rail bottom outer end face 12 is formed on an inner end edge 20 of the washer part 2. A first leg 23 inserted into a first inclined groove 30 of a bed plate 3 is projected downward from an outer bottom face 22 of a body 2'. A second inclined groove 24 is recessed on the upper surface of the body 2' corresponding to the first leg 23. A first through hole 25 is inserted in the body 2' for loosely inserting a shaft 40 of a bolt 4. An abutting face 53 with the washer 2 is formed inside the bottom face of the rail brace 5. A second leg 50 to be inserted into the second inclined groove 24 is provided projecting downward. A second through hole 51 for inserting the shaft 40 of the bolt 4 into the rail brace 5 is formed. The washer 2 and the rail brace 5 are fastened by bolting via the first and second through holes 25 and 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
