To assist operation of a robot by a user.SOLUTION: A control apparatus 36 has: a user information acquisition part 361 which acquires first user attitude information which represents an attitude of a first user who operates a robot 20; a robot information acquisition unit 362 before change which acquires attitude information before change, which represents an attitude before change which is an attitude of the robot 20 before an attitude of the robot 20 is changed, on the basis of said first user attitude information; and a determination part 365 which determines a target attitude different from an attitude of the first user to an attitude of the robot 20 based on attitude information before change, and said first user attitude information acquired by the user information acquisition part 361 at such a point in time that the robot 20 takes the attitude before change which is represented by attitude information before change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
