Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire capable of easily confirming a contact state of a bladder with respect to an inner surface of a tire.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire in which a bladder 3 is closely attached to an internal surface of an unvulcanized tire to carry out vulcanization by expanding the bladder 3 inserted into the tire, the bladder 3 has a plurality of dimples 31 formed by denting an external surface of the bladder 3, and, when carrying out the vulcanization, by making rubber of the internal surface of the tire enter the dimple 31, a rubber protrusion is provided to the internal surface of the tire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
