Abstract:
To provide a method for inspecting output of a fuel cell, capable of measuring the output of the fuel cell at low cost and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In a method for inspecting output of a fuel cell 16, a measuring step is performed after performing an oxidation step. In the oxidation step, oxidation treatment is applied to an electrode catalyst contained in an anode electrode 26 and a cathode electrode 28. In the measuring step, the output of the fuel cell 16 is measured by supplying a measurement current which is smaller than the rated current of the fuel cell 16 to the anode electrode 26 and the cathode electrode 28 subjected to the oxidation treatment on the electrode catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
