Abstract:
To provide a solar cell with high photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A solar cell comprises a substrate, a negative electrode, an electron transport layer, a photoelectric conversion layer, a hole transport layer and a positive electrode in this order. The photoelectric conversion layer contains an organic-inorganic perovskite compound represented by general formula R-M-X(where R is an organic molecule, M is a metal atom, and X is a halogen atom or chalcogen atom).
