Abstract:
To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of suppressing the influence of dark current of a FD and substantially realizing wide dynamic range and high frame rate while suppressing image deterioration, and a driving method therefor, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A comparator 221 of an AD converter 220 executes first comparison processing of outputting a digitized first comparison result signal with respect to a voltage signal corresponding to an overflow charge overflowing from a PD 1 to a FD 1 in an accumulation period under the control of a reading unit 60 and second comparison processing of outputting a digitized second comparison result signal with respect to a voltage signal corresponding to an accumulated charge of the PD 1 transferred to the FD 1 in a transfer period after the accumulation period, and in the first comparison processing, the period of the first comparison processing is divided into a plurality of sub periods, and in each of the sub periods, the voltage signal by an output buffer unit is compared with a reference voltage to execute AD conversion processing of outputting the digitized comparison result signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
