Abstract:
To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle which enables a battery, a regulator, and an air intake duct to be compactly arranged below a seat.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a pair of left and right seat rails 19 disposed below a seat for an occupant; a battery 60 disposed below the seat; and a regulator 62 connected to the battery 60. In a top view, the battery 60 and the regulator 62 are disposed between the left and right seat rails 19 and arranged in a fore and aft direction. The regulator 62 and the battery 60 are disposed so that the regulator 62 is disposed below an upper surface 60a of the battery 60 to form a step part 92. An air intake duct 90 of an intake system is disposed in a space formed above the regulator 62 by the step part 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
