To provide a level shift circuit capable of enhancing the drive capacity without adding any process optimized for output buffer only.SOLUTION: A level shift circuit (1) has a level shift block (2) including: a level shifter (LEVP) configured to expand the amplitude level of a signal driving a P-type transistor (P1) to the negative side; and a level shifter (LEVN) configured to expand the amplitude level of a signal driving N-type transistor (N1) to the positive side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
