Abstract:
To properly suppress the vibration of a processing tool which is generated at processing so that the suppression of the vibration by a dynamic vibration absorber can be adjusted in accordance with a processing condition.SOLUTION: A processing tool 1 comprises a long-length tool main body (tool holder 3, boss 52) which is detachably attached to a main shaft of a processor, and a blade tip part (endmill main body 51) which is arranged at a tip of the tool main body, and rotates by the rotation of the main shaft. A hollow part 9 extending to a longitudinal direction of the tool main body is formed at the tool main body, and a dynamic vibration absorber 20 incorporated in the processing tool 1 has a rod-shaped vibrating body 21 connected to a base end part of the blade tip part, and accommodated in the hollow part 9, and a magnet member 30 for imparting a vibration attenuation force to the vibrating body 21. The magnet member 30 is constituted so as to be adjustable in the vibration attenuation force imparted to the vibrating body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
