Abstract:
To allow the size of a table to be changed and improve degree of freedom of the table in use.SOLUTION: A table device includes three or more flat plate portions 31 to 34, a flat plate support mechanism, and a sheet member 36. The flat plate support mechanism supports a first flat plate portion 32 so that the first flat plate portion 32 is horizontally movable to a predetermined flat plate portion 31 in a reciprocating manner in a certain direction while supporting the predetermined flat plate portion 31 horizontally. The flat plate support mechanism supports a second flat plate portion 33 so that the second flat plate portion 33 is horizontally movable to the predetermined flat plate portion 31 in a reciprocating manner in a different direction from the first flat plate portion 32. The sheet member is connected to ends of the respective flat plate portions 31 to 34. When the flat plate portions 31 to 34 move in a direction to separate from each other, the sheet member is deployed to close spaces between the flat plate portions 31 to 34. When the flat plate portions 31 to 34 move in a direction to come close to each other, the sheet member is folded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
