Abstract:
To provide, at low cost, a backrest and a chair which are comfortable to sit in.SOLUTION: A chair includes: a tabular back plate 31 including a load support surface 31f to support a load of a seating person; a backrest reinforcing frame 32 which is fixed oppositely to the back plate 31 in the forth and back direction at a lower part of the back plate 31 in a state in which an upper part of the back plate 31 is protruded, and which is coupled to a seat part 10 or a support structure 1; and a skin material to cover the back plate 31 and the backrest reinforcing frame 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
