Abstract:
To provide a vacuum cooling device which enables easy change of a type and a size of a cooling tank and easy maintenance of devices for decompressing an interior of the cooling tank.SOLUTION: A vacuum cooling device includes: a cooling tank 2 in which at least a front surface can be opened or closed with a door 2B and a cooled object is stored; and decompression means which suctions a gas in the cooling tank 2 to discharge the gas to the outside and decompress an interior of the cooling tank 2. The vacuum cooling device is formed comprising a body unit 63 including the cooling tank 2 and a cooling unit 64 including the decompression means. The cooling unit 64 is disposed at one side part of the body unit 63. A maintenance space X is provided between the body unit 63 and the cooling unit 64 so that maintenance of an interior of the cooling unit 64 can be performed from a side of the cooling unit 64 which faces the body unit 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
