To provide a cell culture flask capable of performing easily a process in which, an adherent cell in a cell culture flask is a cell suspension, in a facility performing a test or the like by receiving cells.SOLUTION: A cell culture flask 10 for transporting an adherent cell comprises: tubes (T1, T2, T3) having opening/closing cocks (F1, F2, F3) for liquid inflow on one end part; and tubes (T4, T5) having opening/closing cocks (F4, F5) for liquid discharge on the other end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
