Abstract:
To enable the suppression of a position deviation in a battery lamination direction in regard to a heat transmission conductive member which has a gel-state and can be easily deformed.SOLUTION: A battery device 1 comprises: a plurality of battery cells 2 laminated and installed; a heat discharge member 10 sucking heat of each battery cell 2 and discharging the heat; and a heat transmission member 9 that interposes between each battery cell 2 and the heat discharge member 10 so that the heat of each battery cell 2 can be moved to the heat discharge member 10. The heat transmission member 9 has a structure which contains a gel-like material having a heat transmission performance and can be easily deformed. The battery device 1 further comprises a first regulation member 3 having a first opposite part and a holding part opposite to a side surface 22 of the battery cell 2 in both sides of a lamination direction of each battery cell 2. The holding part regulates the movement of the heat transmission member 9 in the battery lamination direction while holding the heat transmission member 9 in one end side of the first opposite part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
