Abstract:
To provide graphene oxide capable of controlling thermal conductivity while maintaining high electrical conduction property, a manufacturing method therefor, and a laminate of the graphene oxide and an application thereof.SOLUTION: After oxidation of graphene or partial graphene oxide with oxidation degree of 10 to 60 wt.%, the oxidation degree is adjusted to 3 to 45 wt.% by reducing it with a reductant, and graphene oxide having electrical conductivity in a surface direction of 1×10to 1×10S/m and thermal conductivity in the surface direction of 1 to 50 W/mK is prepared. The graphene oxide can be laminated to form a laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
