Abstract:
To provide a memory system in which components are mounted at a high degree of flexibility.SOLUTION: A memory system comprises: a base board; a first integrated circuit which is provided on the base board, and comprises a nonvolatile semiconductor memory; a second integrated circuit which is provided on the base board, and comprises a comptroller for controlling the nonvolatile semiconductor memory; a third integrated circuit which is provided on the base board, receives a first supply voltage from the outside, generates a second supply voltage having a value different from the first supply voltage, and is connected with the second integrated circuit on the basis of serial communication specifications; and a temperature sensor element which is provided on the base board, and is connected to the third integrated circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
