Abstract:
To support a card settlement process via an IVR by a simple system configuration without impairing security functions.SOLUTION: An IVR control unit 240 generates a talk ID upon receiving order entry data, and notifies an operator terminal device 110 of it. When an operator types in a talk ID by push button operation of an operator telephone set 130, the IVR control unit 240 determines whether the talk ID typed in by the operator accords with the automatically generated talk ID. When the operator completes transfer of a telephone line of a customer to an IVR system 200, the IVR control server 240 associates the order entry data with the transfer telephone line (customer) on the basis of the talk ID, and an IVR server 220 performs an automatic voice guide of credit number input guidance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
