Abstract:
To provide methods for measuring fructosamine-6-kinase (FN6K) having heat and pH stability, and to provide methods for measuring fructosyl lysine using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for measuring fructosyl lysine characterized by reacting FN6K having the following characteristics (a) to (f) with a test sample; (a) phosphorylation of fructosyl lysine in the presence of ATP to produce fructosyl lysine-6-phosphate; (b) specific activity of 10 U/mg or more; (c) substrate specificity having reactivity of 5% or less to fructosyl valine when the reactivity to fructosyl lysine is 100%; (d) molecular weight of 25 kDa to 35 kDa; (e) pH stability that is stable at 6.5-8.0; and (f) temperature stability that is stable at 30°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
