Abstract:
To relatively connect between a network not corresponding to a forking and a communication terminal, and between a network corresponding to the forking and a communication terminal.SOLUTION: A SIP proxy server 1 comprises a forking termination part 21. The forking termination part 21 transmits an Initial INVITE request message to an incoming side network 7 when receiving the Initial INVITE request message from an originating side network 6, and transmits a 18X response message initially received to the originating side network 6 when receiving initially the 18X response message. The forking termination part 21 establishes an Early dialog#0 between the originating side networks 6, and establishes an Early Dialog#1 corresponding to an incoming side terminal 3 of a transmission source of the 18X response initially received. The forking termination part 21 establishes an Early Dialog#2 corresponding to an incoming site terminal 3 of the transmission source of the 18X response received at the second when receiving the 18X response message at the second from the incoming side network 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
