Abstract:
To provide a novel manufacturing method of a spherical active charcoal for manufacturing the spherical active charcoal having volume of pores with pore diameter of 7.5 o 15000 nm of 0.25 ml/g or more, and a novel manufacturing method of a phenol resin particle cured article useful for manufacturing the spherical active charcoal.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a phenol resin particle cured article includes (a) a process for manufacturing a phenol resin particle in a system of phenol/aldehyde/catalyst/emulsification dispersant, (b) a process for cleaning and drying the phenol resin particle, and (c) a process for curing the dried phenol resin particle at 120 to 200°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
