Abstract:
To provide a food and drink containing a small amount of wheat bran, wherein food and drink show an intestinal flora improving effect by further containing a specific amount of protein.SOLUTION: An intestinal flora-improving food and drink satisfies the following (A)-(C): (A) the content of wheat bran being 6-15 g, (B) the content of protein derived from other components than wheat bran being 9-40 g, (C) the total calorie being 200-500 kcal.SELECTED DRAWING: None
