To provide a soundproof panel with excellent bending rigidity.SOLUTION: Provided is a soundproof panel comprising a resin plate-like hollow structure in which a plurality of cells S are arranged in parallel. The hollow structure closes an end of the cell S in the thickness direction, and blocking walls constituting main surfaces 1a, 1b of the hollow structure are provided as well, a steel plate 10 is bonded to a part of at least one main surface 1b of the hollow structure, and the main surface 1b to which the steel plate 10 is bonded includes the closed walls 22 and 40 to which the steel plate 10 is bonded, and the closed walls 22 and 40 to which the steel plate 10 is not connected. And a communication hole 15 which communicates the inside and outside of the cell S is provided in the closed walls 22 and 40 to which the steel plate 10 is not bonded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
