Abstract:
To provide a box packing apparatus that moves a plurality of products temporarily housed in a bucket body to a supply position for case without collapse so as to supply the plurality of products into a case.CONSTITUTION: A bucket body 21 which temporarily houses a plurality of products stacked on a shutter etc., on a three-in-one basis is controlled to move forward in a forward tilt attitude up to a box packing position (Fig. a). At the box packing position, a case raising device 13 holds a case 2 raised with an opening surface obliquely down. The bucket body changes to a backward tilting attitude at the box packing position (Fig. c) to have the opening surface of the application covered with a pusher member 44. The shutter is opened to drop the plurality of products in the packet body into a stacked state in which the products are stacked vertically in contact with each other, and the pusher member also changes into a contacted second form (Fig. d). The pusher member moves forward to enter and pass through the bucket body, thereby pushing out and supplying the products into the case (Fig. e).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
