Abstract:
To provide a battery module capable of effectively cooling a battery stack in an abnormal situation.SOLUTION: A battery module 10 includes a battery stack 14 having a plurality of battery cells 18, a battery cooling unit 15 disposed between the battery cells 18 and forming a path through which a battery cooling fluid 19 for cooling the battery cells 18 circulates, and a projecting unit 37 as an outflow site forming unit that forms an outflow portion 40 in which the battery cooling fluid 19 flows from the battery cooling unit 15 to the battery stack 14 side when the battery cooling unit 15 is in an abnormal state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
