Abstract:
To provide a thread size abnormality detection method, a fiber processing system, a spinning machine, and a thread size abnormality detection program, capable of improving thread size abnormality detection accuracy.SOLUTION: The thread size abnormality detection method is performed in a fiber processing system 100 for generating a second fiber bundle thinner than a first fiber bundle by processing with a post-process machine 150 the first fiber bundle generated by performing a pre-process with a pre-process machine 130. The thread size abnormality detection method includes: an acquiring step of acquiring pre-process information on the pre-process; a thickness detecting step of detecting thickness information on a thickness of the second fiber bundle; and a thread size abnormality detection step of detecting thread size abnormality generated in the second fiber bundle on the basis of the pre-process information and the thickness information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
